The perfect blend of expertise & experience

As a Mom, I know how limited the time you have to yourself is. Some days it feels impossible to squeeze any more into a day.

As a doctor or physical therapist (since 2006), and pregnancy & postpartum specialist, I've helped countless Moms get strong again so they can live their life.

As an avid runner (since 2006), I've completed a variety of different runs from 5kms and 10kms, to half marathons, full marathons, ultramarathons and even up to an ironman triathlon!

I know exactly how you're feeling.

That's why I combined my experience and expertise to create the perfect mix of quick, yet impactful exercises for a fast return back to running.

Physical Movement is Healing

It was incredibly frustrating because I KNOW we have the capacity to heal our bodies with intentional movement.

I was determined to find a solution to heal so my family and I could have a better life. So I did my research, put into practice my expertise in physical therapy and created my own system that I applied after my third baby.

Along the way, I realized that there is a LOT of misinformation and shrugging around mother’s health and how to get back into running safely and regularly.

I want you to know, you don’t have to be stuck because the program I created (Return to Running Postpartum Program) provides AMAZING results!

I started helping Mother Runners because of the lack of true and valid information that surrounds mothers, their physical changes and the healing process for their pelvic floor.

During my second pregnancy, I developed symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD, also known as PGP or pelvic girdle pain) that caused me tremendous pain and discomfort. The pain was so great that it prevented me from running and living my life normally for over a year and a half!

My pain was limiting my life. I went to my doctor as well as a women's health PT, talked to my therapist co-workers, all of who threw their hands up, and with no added direction, told me I was doing all the “right” things so I just have to live like this.

I was so angry that I was told “this is it”. According to the medical field at that time, there was nothing more for me to do!

But I knew that something was missing. This couldn't be it. I didn't deserve to live in pain long term. I deserved to get back to running with ease and freedom.

This is why I did ALL the research, took continuing education courses and finally healed my pain so I could get back to living my life pain free!

With the right progression you can heal your body and get back to running quickly.

After my third baby, I did it in 3 months! And I know you can do it too!
